surgery creations are delighted to announce that the work for our Hill & Knowlton client has scooped up both Silver and Bronze at Communicate Magazine’s 2024 Internal Communications & Engagement Awards.

We were invited to develop and implement a purpose employee activation campaign for H&K’s solar technologies’ client, Maxeon. The brief involved creating a special look and feel to commemorate Maxeon’s third anniversary based on a theme of “Maxeon At Three: Building A Brighter Every Day, Together”. Design requirements included a campaign look and feel, logo, video, posters, post cards, intranet, social media banners and email banners.

The Silver award was given for ‘Best Engagement of Corporate Purpose’ and the Bronze for ‘Best Internal Communications from the Manufacturing, Agricultural, Engineering, and Basic Materials Sector.’ Maxeon proudly declared the awards as being “a testament to our commitment to meaningful internal communications and engagement”.

We are honoured to have collaborated on this project: it’s highly gratifying to see the immense recognition placed on the value of internal communications in engaging employees and enabling them to thrive, helping to retain talent and in further strengthening a brand. The Internal Communications and Engagement Awards truly give the industry the recognition it deserves for such important work in bringing about tangible change.

It was also extremely rewarding to read this glowing statement from Maxeon: “We are grateful to our dedicated teams who work tirelessly to ensure our communication is effective and impactful. Our success is a result of their hard work, creativity, and unwavering commitment to our corporate purpose.
